Ownership of Site and Agreement to Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the “efthymios P. POURNARAS ART web site” web site located at https://www.epournaras.com and all associated sites linked to https://www.epournaras.com by the owner. The Site is the property of Efthymios Panagiotou Pournaras aka Pournaras Efthymios P. III and from now on will be referred as the owner. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
Owner reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, the owner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to the owner, and is protected by various intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
Any 3rd party logo, trademark, information or material in general that may be shown and contained in any of the site’s web pages is recognized (via the proper citation) as property of its legal owner and it's not being used for financial benefit. In the case where a proper citation is not provided, the owner is readily available to be informed about the omission and proceed in the relevant corrective actions as soon as possible. The presentation of books, articles, scientific papers, events etc. is performed for informative purposes and the owner does not gain financial benefit by that.
